fine tuning

Just an update--I've fine tuned a story and plan to submit it to a contest tomorrow. I have written two more chapters for "Rebecca's Journey." It is happening, folks.

Oh, Winona, please send your "happening" my way. Please, please, please! I'm so busy cleaning and dealing with horsey time that writing is difficult to get to. I really must get to that early morning start, just way too much of a procrastinator lately.

It was great to see you stop by my blog. It's been far too long since I've been over here, too!

Eileen--You have no idea how much I envy you dealing with horsey things. I am a 58 year old woman still dreaming of owning a horse. I love them. I believe horses have such a gentle and loving soul. I've wanted a horse since I was just a girl. A few years after my Daddy died I learned that he used to cry on my birthday and at Christmas because he could never give me what I wanted most. And, with the lack of sensitivity of a child, a horse was the only thing on my list. Tell me more about your horses and your equestrian pursuits. I hope you can manage some early morning writing time. Feel free to e-mail me at The address on this blog isn't active and I am ashamed to admit I don't know how to change it.
