- This blog is intended to focus on writing and writing subjects. I began toying with writing about 10 years ago. I began to get serious about it about a year ago. Like most authors I have received plenty of rejections. I'm still trying to find my niche. At first, I wanted to write mystery since it is my favorite genre to read. It seems historical romance and memoirs may be the avenues for me. In my heart I'm still young and childlike. Not childish, but childlike. I am a young thinker. I am a dreamer. I'm not holding on to much money but I dream of being able to travel. My greatest dream is to visit Scotland and Ireland the land of my McGregor ancestry. I am a member of RWA, Oklahoma RWA, Red River Romance Writers, Oklahoma Writers Federation, Inc., Bayou Writers Group of Lake Charles, LA and ACFW.
